Encore 16160 Review: Adventure Workshop 4th-6th Grade 9th Edition. I purchased this set for my daughter for Christmas. Unfortunately, 3 of the 4 CDs will not install on my computer (all specs met--I checked), and there is no support available from the company. Their support website consists of a bunch of articles, none of which addressed my issue, and it contains no way to contact them. No phone, no e-mail, no address, nothing. Don't buy this product.
