Barbie L9585 Review: LUCY® Doll and ETHEL® Doll Giftset. This doll set is in the Pink Label Barbie Collection. Lucy and Ethel are wearing matching pink uniforms with hats and Lucy has pearl earrings and necklace. They have their cheeks bulging with chocolates. They have wide open eyes with hair (not painted on) eyelashes. They are holding squares of paper with a cardboard "chocolate" in their right hands.
